At Your Ardour, we prioritize customer satisfaction, and our liberal cancellation policy reflects that commitment. Here’s how it works:
Immediate Cancellations: We consider cancellation requests if made promptly after placing an order. However, once the orders are communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The merchant will investigate the matter before taking appropriate action.
Product Discrepancies: If the received product differs from what was shown on the site or doesn’t meet your expectations, notify our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and make a suitable decision.
Manufacturer Warranty: For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the respective manufacturer for resolution.
Refunds: If Your Ardour approves a refund, please allow 6-8 days for the refund to be processed.
